March 2008 - Semi-annual meeting scheduled for March 21 & 22

This meeting will focus on Financial, Industry, Operations, Investments and Proposals. The board of directors and shareholders will be present to discuss the theme of risk management and diversification.

June 2007- Semi-annual meeting scheduled for June 15 & 16

May 2007- Captital expansion items near completion

Saskview Farms Partnership is completing an expansion and renovation of the calf rearing facilities. Operations manager, Ben Vanderkooi, claims improved calf health as result of the changes thus far.

July 2006- Semi-annual meeting scheduled for July 6&7 in Saskatoon

The focus of this meeting will be a review of fiscal year-end financials as well and discussion of current projects and strategies/action plans for the next six months. The VGC will also be participating in a couple of leadership development workshops facilitated by Trevor Thrones with Strategic Corporate Resolutions.

Jun 2006- Capital expansion items approved

VGC has approved a barn expansion at Skyview Holsteins to accomodate an additional 40 dairy cattle. Two groups of 20 close-up dry and fresh cows will be housed in the expanded barn. This will increase cow comfort for all groups and improve efficiency. A bunker concrete floor will be added at Saskview Farms along with a rennovation to the calf barn.

Agri-Trend Agronomy helps farmers allocate their resources to produce a safe, reliable and profitable food supply in an environmentally responsible manner

Apr 2006-Vanko Enterprises to purchase Riverview assets and raise heifers for Saskview Farms

Jesse and Helen Vanderkooi will acquire the Riverview assets and will continue to focus on growing their heifer-rearing, equipment supply, and equipment installation & maintenance business units.

Jan 2006- Semi-annual general meeting scheduled for February 9 & 10, 2006 at the Pan Pacific Vancouver

The semi-annual meeting functions as a forum to report on the progress of operations and personnel as well as to review goals and strategies for the future.

Dec 2005- Vanderkooi Group launches new site

The VGC web site was established as part of an effort to standardize and organize information for easy access by emlpoyees and shareholders. This web site is the communication and resource link for administration of various areas including operations, human resource, financial, and strategic managment.
